A QA check is key in delivering high-quality translations.

We work with professional freelance translators and revisers whose work we test and review continuously, but some errors might still appear even in a very good translation.

We run QA checks with a specialized quality assurance tool that checks for machine-detectable errors. QA checks help us handle different language-specific aspects in translation. The most common QA check issues are incorrect terminology, formatting, punctuation, untranslated segments, repeated words, non-compliance with local standards, etc.

We also create custom checklists for each language based on the customer’s needs.

After detecting these issues, we generate a QA report with the results and hand it over to the translator to review before we fix them.
