The switch/key and push start type of ignitions are differentiated in the OM.

• The ignition positions are written on the ignition switch, therefore the ignition switch positions have to be kept in English in the usual way
  (in quotation marks, full caps, no translation in brackets).

However push start ignition does not have any labels, therefore ignition modes will appear without quotation marks in the English source text and need to be translated in the target language versions (in lower case, without keeping the English).

Example: the engine switch is pressed to change the ignition mode to ON – this should be translated along the lines of: the engine switch is pressed to turn on the ignition.
